Each practitioner sets their own rate, and you see it on their profile before you book. There is no subscription and no fee to join. This is the range across everyone listed today.

Shown in rupees. Once you sign in and tell us where you are billed, you see one price in your own currency — and the checkout tells you exactly what your card will be debited before you confirm.

How pricing works

A single session

The practitioner’s rate, paid when you book. Move it freely up to 24 hours before; inside 24 hours it counts as used. Receipt by email.

A package: several sessions, paid once

Many practitioners offer packages of six, eight or ten sessions, each a little cheaper per session than booking one at a time. The sizes and the saving are the practitioner’s own and appear on their profile, next to their single-session price. A package can never cost more per session than a single one. You pay once, up front, and are never charged again as you book the rest over the package’s validity: ten days per session, between 45 and 180 days. Some practitioners offer no packages, and that is fine too.

An assessment

Some clinical psychologists offer a formal assessment: longer than a session, across one or more appointments, with a written report. It has its own price, set by the practitioner, and is booked and paid for on its own — a session from a package cannot be used for it.

If your practitioner cancels

The session returns to your balance and you receive a credit towards your next booking. Their cancellation is never your cost.

Refunds

Where something is owed to you it comes back as a credit against a future booking, not as cash. A payment that failed or was taken in error is refunded to the card.

Tax

Counselling and psychological services are exempt from GST as healthcare, so what you see is what you pay. Your receipt is a proper tax document either way.
